 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

North Iowa Community Action Organization is looking for a Client Resource Specialist Floater to support individuals and families throughout our 9-county service area.

This rewarding role helps connect people with essential programs, services, and community resources that make a real difference.

 Primary office location: Mason City
 One day per week: Charles City
 Limited travel to outreach offices as needed, including:

• Forest City
• Hampton
• Algona
• Clarksville
• Charles City
• Mason City

What You’ll Do

As a Client Resource Specialist Floater, you will:

• Interview clients in office and home settings to assess needs
• Complete applications for North Iowa Community Action Organization programs and services
• Connect clients with community resources and partner organizations
• Provide referrals and follow-up support
• Travel within the service area on a limited, as-needed basis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of human services experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent computer, communication, and assessment skills
• Compassionate, professional, and able to work independently
