TRIBE! Welcome Back! We have missed you. We will start our 8 week program on May 4th. To adhere to the guidelines provided by our Governor – we can provide individual workouts led by a trainer (the same boot camp style workout). The hours we are open will remain the same (5, 6, 8:30am, 3:30, 4:30 & 5:30pm). Everyone will space 6’ apart, and will use their own bag on boxing days. Your health and safety is our #1 priority. According to the News release Monday (4/27/20), fitness facilities are allowed to reopen May 1st, but only at 50% capacity. What exactly does that mean? How does this pertain to us at the studio, with yoga & HIIT classes? These are all EXTREMELY hard decisions to make, so please bear with us…changes may happen on a day-to-day basis, week-to-week basis, or month-to-month basis moving forward.
