Service culture is paramount to the success of any organization, and customer experience training is crucial to anyone who works with people. Not only does each interaction between front line employees and customers affect customer retention, but employees with effective customer service skills also feel more valuable and committed to their jobs. The skills taught through “The Smile Initiative” can help make a positive impression on both current and future customers, as well as the employees who utilize them, leading to positive online reviews all around.
