What are your personal and professional goals for the new year?  The Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a series of Lunch & Learns in 2016, with the goal of providing targeted educational opportunities to our busy Chamber members.  Each session will include a light lunch and approximately one hour of instruction.

"2016 is the year I move to a standing workstation!"  You've likely heard about the benefits of getting up out of your chair and spending more time on your feet at work.  This is your chance to learn more about standing workstations, and how to transform your desk -- no matter what your budget might be. Chad Kozitza, from the Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa Safety, Health & Wellness department, will discuss why you should make this the year you stand more than you sit.
