Business Sales ManagerPosition Summary:
The Business Sales Manager is responsible for leading CLtel’s business revenue growth through a combination of direct sales leadership, account management oversight, and go-to-market execution. This role serves as a player-coach, driving new customer acquisition while developing and supporting a high-performing sales and account services team.
The position oversees all business customer relationships, ensuring delivery of tailored telecommunications Location: Clear Lake, Iowa.Reports to: One Vision Board of Directors.Classification: Exempt, Full-Time.

A. Blending, loading and delivery of bulk fertilizers – Dry or Liquid
B. Handling bulk and packaged crop protection products – Sprayer Tender
C. Grain Semi Driver and all other Grain handling (including drying) - Logistics
D. Perform other duties not listed in this description as required by management. Safety
