Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals

Create a positive, accountability-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork

Partner with the Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize lead conversion, appointment show rates, and follow-up

Collaborate closely with Finance, Service, Parts, and Leadership to ensure seamless dealership operations

Oversee vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, merchandising, and lot presentation

Review deals, structure financing options, and support the sales and finance teams in closing transactions

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and manufacturer programs

Build lasting customer relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and repeat business

Automotive finance background required

Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and motivating sales teams
