Real Estate Office Intern
A Real Estate Office Intern, you will assist with a wide variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry, supporting both administrative functions and client-facing activities. The position offers an opportunity to learn about property management, leasing, sales processes, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining client files, data entry, and preparation of documents, such as lease agreements, contracts, and property listings.

Market Research: Help in researching market trends, property values, and competitor information. Analyze real estate market conditions to assist with investment strategies or pricing models.

Client Interaction: Support the team in client communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling property showings. Maintain positive relationships with clients.

Property Management Support: Assist with the management of both commercial and residential properties, coordinating maintenance, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely communication.

Marketing & Promotions: Contribute to creating marketing materials, such as brochures, online listings, and social media campaigns. Help with content creation and promoting properties to potential buyers or tenants.

Administrative Tasks: Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Sales & Leasing Support: Learn about the sales and leasing process by observing the negotiation and closing process. Participate in property tours with potential clients, and assist agents with client follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in real estate and property management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology or an eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
