North Iowa Massage is growing, and I’m excited to finally offer an opportunity for a motivated, dependable, and professional **Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)** to join our team!
?? **COMPENSATION**
**60-Minute Massage**
• **$40 per completed massage**
• Client rate: $90
• **PLUS 100% OF YOUR TIPS**
?? **SALT THERAPY COMMISSION**
**30-Minute Salt Room Session**
• $5 commission per session
• Client rate: $35
**60-Minute Salt Room Session**
• $10 commission per session
• Client rate: $55
?? **EARNING EXAMPLE**
20 massages per week = **$800/week + tips**, with additional earning opportunities through salt room commissions.

?? **ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT**
This is a major part of what makes this opportunity different.
North Iowa Massage has been built on a strong foundation of **deep-tissue massage and trigger-point therapy**. As part of joining the team, you will receive hands-on, one-on-one training directly from me in the techniques and approaches I have developed and successfully used with clients throughout my years in practice.
I’m genuinely excited to finally have the opportunity to teach another therapist what I have learned, share the techniques that have worked for my clients, and help someone develop their skills and confidence as a therapist.
Because the business will be investing significant time, training, resources, clientele, and techniques into the therapist selected for this position, **a two-year employment commitment and appropriate agreement designed to protect the business will be part of the employment arrangement, subject to applicable law.**
This isn't intended to hold someone back from growing in their career. It's about creating a fair commitment on both sides: **I’m willing to invest in you, teach you, help build your clientele, and give you the tools to succeed, and in return I’m looking for someone who is willing to invest in North Iowa Massage and grow with us.**

This is a **W-2 employee position** with flexible scheduling.
You get to focus on what you do best — **taking care of your clients and becoming an even stronger massage therapist** — while we provide the facility, equipment, supplies, scheduling support, marketing, referrals, clientele, and continued training.
