Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a warm and professional environment on the showroom floor.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and share detailed information about our vehicles, answering questions and guiding customers through their buying journey.
  • Sales Process: Conduct effective presentations, actively listen to customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, service staff, and leadership to provide a seamless and supportive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
