Accounts Payable Coordinator
BASIC FUNCTION: Manages accounts payable function. Coordinate Business Office operations and provide support to Vice President of Finance & Administration. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. START DATE: ASAP SALARY AND BENEFITS: Starting salary of $42,700 to $51,300 based on experience. Benefits package includes Blue Cross/Blue Shield major medical health insurance; eye care, dental, life and disability insurance; paid vacation and sick leave; a choice of IPERS or TIAA retirement plans, and a variety of additional optional benefits. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two years of postsecondary education or two years of related work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Excellent customer service, communication and critical thinking skills. Strong organization skills with attention to detail. Confidentiality required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field.
