Wellness Seminar: Mental Health and Total Worker Well-Being
Join us for our fall Wellness Seminar: “How mental-health connects to total worker well-being” from 9-11AM on Thursday, October 3 in the Anderson Event Room at the Commerce Center. This session will be led by Troy Cook, Regional Director of Occupational Health/Business Health Solutions at MercyOne.
Addressing mental health and well-being in the workplace is not one-size fits all. Multiple resources are needed to meet employees along their journey to support their overall health and well-being.
In this workshop, we will dive into the different pillars of health that contribute to overall well-being, discuss how mental and behavioral health can impact workplace culture and safety, and explore how emerging technologies, such as comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and brain health applications can play a significant role in improving employee well-being and engagement.
Total worker health is an important topic in the workplace, and evaluating this in a comprehensive approach will significantly impact organizational culture and well-being. Thank you to Clear Lake Bank & Trust for sponsoring this session.
