Celina is an organizational behavior specialist with over 22 years of experience in training frontline to senior level positions across a wide range of industries.  The half-day workshop will provide you with new skills and ideas to help your business retain quality employees and help you grow as a leader.  Areas of focus include "Talent Management & Employee Growth" and "Disagreements, Conflicts, & Resolutions."
