Celebrate National Health Center Week with us!

Thursday, August 8th, 2024 in Mason City!

WHERE:
Our Parking Lot @ 404 N Federal Ave in Mason City.
Medical & Dental Care will be inside and fun/resources outside.

Community Health Center of Mason City will provide comprehensive back-to-school healthcare for kids, just in time for the school year's start. Bring your child for well child checks, immunizations, sports physicals, & dental exams.

Appointments only from 10 AM - 4 PM the day of the block party.
Walk-ins only from 5 PM - 8 PM.

COMING SOON:
Save time and fill out your registration paperwork ahead of time.

The parking lot will be filled with free resources and giveaways to help ensure every child in our community has what they need for a successful school year.
