CEO Conversations - Steve Schulz
North Iowa Area Community College's Steve Schulz will lead the discussion at the next CEO Conversations, scheduled from 11:30AM to 1PM on Thursday, November 4 at the Commerce Center. This educational series features well-recognized CEOs in a small group gathering where participants can glean sage advice to further their careers.
Dr. Steve Schulz officially began his duties as the President of North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) on December 1, 2013. Prior to coming to NIACC, Dr. Schulz served as the Provost at DMACC, Carroll campus. From 2004 to 2006, he was the 2 + 2 Coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. From 2000 to 2004, he was the Superintendent of the Carroll Community School District.
Dr. Schulz received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Wartburg College in Waverly, his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, his Education Specialist Degree from Drake University in Des Moines, and his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University.
