Building CommUNITY: Creating a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging

Inclusion and belonging are important, but what does that look like for businesses? The Chamber’s Workforce Committee is aiming to reframe the Building CommUNITY initiative to get buy-in from the business community and determine what it truly means to build a place of pride, safety, and belonging in North Iowa.

This session will cover why building a community of inclusion and belonging is important for our workforce. In addition to a short presentation, participants will engage in an active discussion to help enhance the on-going efforts in our community.
