Building CommUNITY: Career Pathways

The future workforce in North Iowa is critical and the business community has a role to play. This Building CommUNITY event is an interactive session designed to bring people together, foster meaningful dialogue about recruiting and retaining young talent, and to encourage actionable solutions to fostering our up-and-coming workforce.

Join us from 2-3PM on Thursday, September 18 at the NIACC Activity Center for speakers, a video and art components from students, and interactive discussions.

All are welcome to attend at no charge to discuss what can be done as a community to retain young talent. Don't miss this opportunity to share your voice, listen to others, and take part in shaping the future of our community!
