Breaking Glass Leadership Series
Dr. Gray grew up on a hog and grain farm in Titonka, Iowa and graduated as valedictorian of the North Iowa High School in Buffalo Center in 1990. She then went on to attend the University of Iowa for her undergraduate degree, as well as her medical school. Completing her residency at Beaumont Hospital in Troy, MI, Dr. Gray and her husband then moved to Michigan and Oklahoma where she practiced medicine. Dr. Gray moved back to Mason City in 2004, working and raising three kids. She is board certified in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and has a certificate in Travel Medicine. She is currently the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at MercyOne North Iowa and Medical Director and a Board Member of Cerro Gordo County Department of Public Health. She also farms with her parents and husband, does rental property management, is a beekeeper, weather spotter with the National Weather Service, and Master Gardener and Master Conservation intern.
