Out with the Old, in with the New 4 Week Online Webinar Series
How many of you Spring clean your house? I know I do! It feels so good and refreshing when I get to open up all of my windows, blast my favorite up lifting music, see the sun shining through the windows while the birds chirp and sing their beautiful songs. This has got to be one of my most favorite times of year because it is a time when life gets replenished, renewed, and restored. The old winter blues leave, and the new spring motivation arrives! This is the time when many of us find that we want to detoxify and declutter our house.
At Mood Food Wellness, I believe this is also the perfect time to declutter and detoxify our lives! This means getting rid of the old (that which no longer serves us well) and bring in new things into our lives that can help us to achieve our goals and desires.
Maybe your health goals having been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. Or perhaps the winter blues made it a bit difficult to maintain your best intentions. I know for many, this is the time of year when people set goals to eat more healthy, start exercising, planning vacations, or thinking about all of the fun things they want to do outside in the fresh outdoors.
As we think about this time of spring, I invite you to join me this month for a 4 Week online Detox/Declutter series. We will spend time getting rid of the old, and bringing in the new. We will focus on:
1) Detoxing our lives
2) Detoxing our minds
3) Detoxing our bodies
4) Detoxing our environment
I will provide you with different tools that you can use on this journey of detoxifying your life. We will explore ways that you can begin to get rid of the old stuff that no longer serves you and how you can begin to integrate those things that will bring you closer to your goals.
This is an online program. Each week, a reminder for the webinar will be posted on my facebook page where you will be able to register and sign-up. Week 1 is FREE!!
