The Women's Leadership Series "Breaking Glass" offers a unique learning experience to help women stretch their leadership potential, drive their careers with vision and purpose, and make a greater impact within their organizations. These workshops will challenge attendees to explore their role as a woman in the workforce.

Sarah Kurz, Entrepreneur & Consulting Agent of Project & Process Solutions - 
Sarah is a Mason City native and received a Business & Communications Degree from the University of Iowa. Soon after graduation Sarah began her career in the call center at Motorola in Chicago. She had the opportunity to earn her MBA in Business Management and work her way up the corporate ladder. After ten years of stepping out of her comfort zone, learning the in's and out's of business, HR, distribution, and industrial technology she took another risk and started her own consulting business - Project & Process Solutions. Sarah now consults for the NCAA, global meat manufacturers, and big time agricultural companies. Her business philosophy is, "Do not ASK for a seat at the table, pull out a chair and sit down."
