You get on the bandwagon and make healthy choices for a while. Boom. Life happens and it is simpler to go back to old habits than strive toward health. I've lived this story.
Optavia offers a multi faceted approach to health. Nutirition, weekly coaching, community and education provides a comprehensive program that changes lives. How do I know this? I lost 40 lbs of fat on Optavia and have kept it off. I have more energy, my bloodwork is great, I'm sleeping better and my aches and pains are much, much less. My coaches are amazing -- yes, they are still accessable -- and the education and community calls continue to help me immensley.
Some things are worth the effort and your long term health is one of those things. We talk a lot about our 'why's' in Optaiva. We set small goals and measure success in many different ways -- not just a number on the scale.
As a retired Clinical Social Worker, I really believe that the simple nutrition of the program paired with coaching, education and community can help you feel better.
