Kari Pate is our team’s Administrative Assistant. Kari brings with her more than 20 years of experience in custom service. She is a hardworking and versatile Administrative Assistant with proven organizational skills. Her friendly personality and strong work ethic has been the perfect addition to the office.Having spent her entire life in North Iowa, she also brings a knowledge and connection with our local communities. Outside of work Kari enjoys spending time with family and friends. She plays an active role in the Central Springs Booster Club and enjoys watching her daughter participate in her sporting events.Kari believes that building a good custom experience does not happen by accident but by design. Putting you first is her highest priority.

Jenna a Realtor® Associate and is the team’s Client Care Specialist. Her ability to multi-function has proven to be the glue that binds Jane Fischer & Associates Team together. Jenna was born & raised in North Iowa, she has an impeccable work ethic. She majored in International Relations & Spanish. Jenna has over 16 years of customer service and property management experience. She believes giving back to the community is an important role that we should all follow. Jenna is an active member of Hannah’s Care Packages. She brings a diverse background and is passionate about the needs and goals of our clients.
