About Us

Mason City First is a welcoming, Spirit-filled church serving Mason City & North Iowa. We believe church should feel like home. It should be a place that cultivates an atmosphere to want to know Jesus more, grow strong in His Word, and love our neighbors well. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or returning after a season away, you’ll find warm smiles, uplifting worship, and clear, practical Bible teaching that speaks to everyday life.

Start your Sunday off with FREE breakfast in our Café area, beginning at 8:30am until service time. We serve FREE bagels, Pop-Tarts, coffee, and more. At 9:00am, adults gather for Sunday School and dive deeper into Scripture. At 10:15am, we worship together and hear a message of hope that is rooted on God’s Word. During the message, kids in grades K–6 are encouraged to enjoy Lighthouse Kids, which is a safe, engaging, age-appropriate experience in their own dedicated space, led by a caring team. During the week, you can grow and connect through midweek Bible study, and special events for the whole family.
