Maintenance Technician
CATEGORY/LEVEL: H/4START DATE: ASAPBASIC FUNCTION: Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities, assist and be responsible for the work of multiple trade disciplines including: Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Carpentry, Locksmith, Building Automation Controls, and Water Chemistry. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. plus additional hours for emergency calls and snow removal. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Beginning rate of $20.53 to $24.66 per hour
