Iowa Healthiest State Walk 2024
Join us on October 2 to walk for our physical, social, and mental health!
Physical activity is one of the most important things all Iowans can do to improve their health – and walking is a great way to get moving while connecting with your fellow city residents, and supporting our physical and
mental health.
The Iowa Healthiest State 14th Annual Walk asks Iowans to walk for 30 minutes. Mason City is joining the effort on Wednesday, October 2.

• Date: Wednesday, October 2
• Location: Meet in front of the Commerce Center
