DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to be hosting our first ever fat bike race in conjunction with the Winter Fun Fest! We hope to enjoy a midwinter day of snow and cycling. Beat the seasonal blahs with this adventure packed afternoon. Experience snowshoeing\, a fat bike demo\, craft\, activities\, marshmallows over a campfire\, and more. \n\nCome for the race and stay for the fun or come for the fun and cheer on the racers as they finish the course! Race begins at noon\; registration table opens at 10:30 AM. To race\, you must have a bike with tires 3.8" or greater. Helmets are required. Beginner and advanced categories are available. Race pre-registration and more information can be found at http://www.bikereg.com/fun-fest-fatbike.\n\nSeparate registration is required for the Fun Fest and Fat Bike Race. The Fun Fest is free for nature center members and $3 for non-members over 12 years old and may be canceled due to weather conditions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
