Federal Avenue)\n	\n	\n	10:00 AM: Run with Rudolph Begins. The race will start at State Street and North Federal intersection (near Moorman Clothiers). Runners/Walkers will head east on State Street\, turn around on Illinois Street and head back on State Street to the finish line at State Street and North Federal intersection (near Moorman Clothiers\, 1 S.
