This management Series has a goal of providing targeted educational opportunities to our busy Chamber members. Each session will include a light lunch and approximately one hour of instruction.\n\n\n\nSteve Doerfler\, CEO/President\, Metalcraft Inc - Metalcraft recently won the Chamber's 2017 Workplace Wellness Award. The Metalcraft wellness team implements programs that educate\, treat and motivate their employees to succeed. They have an on-site Pain Specialist available\, ergonomics training\, biometric screenings\, flu shots\, and many team-centered activities. Metalcraft sets a great example of the valuable well-being practices employers can provide to workers in the community. Steve will share his top tip's to a successful healthy workplace.
