As a theater major at the University of Iowa\, where she graduated as valedictorian\, Frederick relocated to Los Angeles and pursued a career in acting.\n\n\n\nHer most recent film appearance\, titled Two Ways Home\, follows a young woman living with bipolar disorder struggling to honor her grandfather's last wish while attempting to reunite with her estranged 12-year-old daughter. \n\n\n\nFrederick is looking forward to connecting with women in the North Iowa community and is eager to share her story.  \n\n\n\nBreaking Glass offers a unique learning experience to help women stretch their leadership potential\, drive their careers with vision and purpose\, and make a greater impact within their organizations.
