Whether you're a homeowner or renter\, everyone wants their living space to feel like home\, but decorating can often feel overwhelming and expensive. In Art for Everyone\, gallery owner and art industry expert Liz Lidgett offers an inspiring\, approachable guide that makes the art world accessible for both beginners and seasoned collectors.\n\n\n\nThere will be time for Q&A and discussion with Liz\, along with other panelists Kimberlee Rocca -- whose reception will be held the evening prior on Sept 18 and art will be on exhibit through Oct 17 -- and Ciar Carnall\, floral designer at The Red Geranium.\n\n\n\nCULINARY ARTS: Chef Beto Oma a\, a Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplom graduate specializing in Venezuelan\, French\, and global cuisine\, has crafted an exclusive tasting menu that pairs locally sourced ingredients that showcase the incredible freshness and creativity of North Iowa farms. Guests will enjoy chef-created bites like beef curry empanadas\, Vietnamese-style pork and vegetable fresh rolls\, "Green Queen" creamy chicken salad sandwiches\, and delightful little celebration cakes paired with craft brews\, wine\, and a signature cocktail made from spirits from our own local 173 Distillery.\n\n \n\nAbout Liz Lidgett\n\nLiz Lidgett is an art advisor\, author\, and gallery owner. As the founder of Liz Lidgett Gallery + Design\, she helps clients find the perfect artwork for their style\, space\, and budget. Representing more than 75 artists from around the world\, Liz is passionate about making the art world welcoming and accessible to everyone.\n\nHer book\, Art for Everyone\, was recently published by Simon Element\, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. Liz has also contributed to numerous national publications and worked with brands including Better Homes & Gardens\, Martha Stewart\, and Apartment Therapy.
