Job Description

Quality Support Team Members are responsible for product quality testing and serves as an on-shift quality resource. Team members in this role are also responsible for verifying testing equipment, performing site-specific swabbing as required, communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure minimal interruption in production, and responsible for proper data collection and retention to meet corporate and legal requirements.

 

Quality Support Team Members in this role are responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP’s and other daily and job-specific duties to support implementation of internal quality programs. This is a critical role to ensuring safe and quality food at the facility. 

This position offers an excellent starting rate ranging from $19.46 to 22.03 per hour depending on experience and has opportunity to advance up to $24.62. This position is also eligible for overtime compensation. Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends. 

Qualifications: 
Must be 18 years old 
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
Background in a manufacturing environment with microbiological/analytical experience 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic Microsoft office skills (Outlook, excel, word, etc)
