Ethan also works for Third Wave Farms in Mount Vernon Kentucky as the Director of Farm Operations. Third Wave Farms is a CBD focused company cultivating around 1,000 acres this season. Ethan is also a Director at the Iowa Hemp Association as well as the Friends of Hemp which are both non profits intended to help grow the industry.
Andrew Bish is the COO of Bish Enterprises and the founder of Hemp Harvest Works. In 2015, Andrew participated in harvesting hemp where he harvested 180 acres near Fort Morgan, CO. Since then, he has been focusing on identifying and resolving the many issues currently facing hemp harvesting and processing. His goal is to provide equipment that helps standardize hemp farming practices while allowing growers to increase their scale of operation and decrease costs. Andrew is affiliated with the Hemp Industries Assocation, the Canadian Hemp trade Alliance, the US Custom Harvesters Assocation, the 21st Century Agricultural Opportunities Coalition, the US Hemp Authority Technical Committee, the Hemp Industries Daily, the US Hemp Conference & Expo, WAFBA (NOCO), and others.
Dr. Christopher Disbro is an Iowa native, physician, Founder and President of the Iowa Hemp Association, and CEO of the Heartland Hemp Company. Dr. Disbro consults for medical cannabis patients throughout the Midwest and has been a leading voice for hemp at the Iowa statehouse and US Capitol. Through his work in Iowa he has pushed for the re-introduction and re-establishment of hemp as an agricultural commodity and has sought to increase access to hemp products across the state. Most recently, he helped craft and guide the passage of SF599, the Iowa Hemp Act, which was signed into law May, 2019.
